Is the real Annabelle missing from the Warren Museum? - Hollywood News


Annabelle, the real doll that inspired some of the moments in the Warren Records saga and several spin-offs from the franchise, became Trending Topic last week because of a rumor that the Warren museum in which she is guarded had disappeared. Well, you don't have to worry because the devilish doll is still in the same place as ever. 

Tony Spera, Ed, and Lorraine Warren's son-in-law shared a video on August 14 in which he confirms that Annabelle is still at the museum in Connecticut. It all started when the doll's Wikipedia page was edited insinuating that it had escaped.

"I'm here to tell you something. I don't know if it's what you want to hear or not, but Annabelle hasn't escaped," Spera says in the video below. "Annabelle is alive. Well, I shouldn't say alive. Annabelle is here in all her glory. He's never left the museum. Remember, I have high-tech security here. If I had left the museum, I would have known instantly if something had happened or someone had come in," he adds.

Annabelle has appeared on numerous occasions on the big screen. The first time was in Warren: The Conjuring. Following this installment on the Warren marriage, played on the big screen by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga, the doll has starred in her own trilogy consisting of the titles Annabelle, Annabelle: Creation and Annabelle returns home. He also made a cameo appearance on Warren File: The Enfield Case. 



The Warren Records saga will continue with a third installment titled Forced by the Devil. Directed by Michael Chaves, the film features Wilson, Farmiga, Sterling Jerins, Charlene Amoia, Julian Hilliard, and Ruairi O'Connor.
